Chong Pang 2011 BATTLE SLALOM & JAM SLIDE
BATTLE SLALOM
Result aside, i think that the event was a great success. Many skaters joined the battle slalom. Team SEBA slide JASPER & GABRIEL also joined in for the fun of it. Everybody is happy and the result came out pretty fast.
Skaters are paired up into groups and it was decided by drawing lots. It came out pretty even and most strong skaters are paired with the weaker ones.
Star of the match Jerome Hor, who did splendid despite having to serve full time National Service. Really great salute to him.

And when Terence is the slide judge for the 1st time, you sure know something fishy is coming.
He implemented a new rule that bonus will be give to those who will use the 4 cone he places in the sliding area.
Many visual performance from all skaters. I guess we should do it more often yea?
Overall event was great!

Haining Freestyle open 2010 August
Terence Rebecca Clarence Jasper and Ernest went for competition in Haining China.
Rebecca got a 3rd for speed slalom while Terence & Clarence got 2nd for jam catagory.
As for speed slalom in men, terence got kicked out at top 16 and clarence got kicked out at top 8 amoung 55 competitors.
None of the skaters entered final in the slide catagory, the first ever in the history of freestyle slide with all singaporeans not entering final.
As for classic slalom Terence got 11th and Clarence got 10th amoung over 60 competitors.
